The Orgueil Thermal Long Sleeve T-Shirt in Black is made from a 100% cotton waffle fabric with a sweatshirt-like feel. Rather than a slim thermal that hugs the body, these have a more open and slightly relaxed cut, similar to what you'd find in a sweatshirt or sweater. Unique with these thermals are the articulated shoulder construction with the standard shoulder seam on the front, but with a raglan sleeve construction on the back, which should allow for slightly greater freedom of motion. These are highly versatile as a standalone or as a base layer underneath your other shirts, and offer the warmth of a thermal with the presentation of a sweatshirt.
Note: These generally run small; we recommend taking one or two sizes up from your typical American brand size for a comfortable-slim fit. However, note that the length may be a little short so it's possible you want to take a couple sizes up. These are not a traditional thermal fit that hugs the body, rather more of a thermal sweater with a much more flowy and relaxed fit. The fabric is also a loosely knit fabric, which will loosen/stretch with wear and bounce back with a wash. If you prefer this piece to generally stay more slim throughout your day, you may want to stick with just one size up and let it stretch throughout the day.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs, wearing size 40 for a comfortable-slim fit. Model can also wear size 42 for a very similar fit, slightly larger, but with a little more length as well.
