Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends). However, please allow up to 48 hours for processing during high-volume sales.

Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST on a weekday to be processed for shipment that same day.

Selecting Next Day Air shipping on a weekend is not guaranteed to be processed until the following Monday. Please note that Saturday delivery is not included with standard Next Day Air (an additional surcharge applies).

If your shipping address is a USPS Post Office Box, an APO/DPO address, or located in Alaska or Hawaii, we will automatically ship your order via USPS at the closest comparable shipping rate to UPS Ground.

Here are some general observations on the two primary international couriers we ship with. Please choose your courier of choice according to your needs:
  • DHL: This is the quickest and most reliable option. However, you are more likely to be assessed taxes and brokerage fees via DHL relative to USPS.
  • USPS: This will be slower and the tracking may not provide as many detailed updates, especially after it leaves the USA. Once the package reaches the destination country, it will then be handled by your country's national postal service. With USPS, taxes and brokerage fees will be minimal or none at all.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders (typically over $500) and delivery addresses susceptible to theft. If you do not want a signature requirement on your package, you can request it to be removed in the Cart's Special Instructions box prior to checkout.

If packages are returned to us due to an insufficient or erroneous address, or because the shipment was not signed for/collected in a timely manner, customers are responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to re-send the package.

Please double-check around your entryways, porch, and with family members or neighbors. If your tracking says delivered but you cannot locate it after 24 hours, contact us immediately so we can open a formal carrier investigation on your behalf.

Because we work quickly to fulfill orders, address adjustments or order combinations can only be made if requested before your fulfillment notification is generated. Please email us right away with your order numbers.
