The Merz b. Schwanen 2S14 Heavyweight Short-Sleeve tee in Burgundy is a brighter colorway that departs from the standard monochrome colors, but still with an ease to wear. This t-shirt features 100% organic cotton in their 10.7oz, slubby and textured fabric. Made in their Relaxed Fit, this t-shirt will fit comfortably for an easy-going style, or you can take a size down for a slimmer fit.
Note that due to the traditional manufacturing processes, sometimes these 2S14 tees will show varied creases throughout the t-shirt, which can be permanent (see vertical crease line coming down the middle of the model's chest). If you prefer a t-shirt with a cleaner face / appearance, we recommend looking elsewhere.
Note: This is Merz's Relaxed Fit, which fits a little larger than their Classic Fit. We recommend taking one size up for a relaxed fitting tee, but you may be able to take your typical tops size (rather than sizing up) if you want a slim fit or if you are on the smaller end of your size. However, double check the measurements for the chest and length to make sure you've got the right size. The garment will shrink about 1" in length after wash, with less shrinkage in the chest. Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs), wearing size 5 | M (his regular TTS, M) for a slim fit. Model can also wear 6 | L for a relaxed fit. Note that the shirt will shrink a little in the chest, and about 1" in length after wash.
Measurement Note: Due to the irregularities characteristic of loopwheelers, there will be slight variations within each size. Accordingly, the measurements posted are general targets that we've found to be the average or each size. If you are more particular about the sizing, or know that you need one with a specific measurement within a size, feel free to leave a note at check-out indicating your measurement preference. In general, we do not find the irregularities significant enough to impact the size you should wear.
