The UES W902-J Type 2 Denim Jacket is made from their 14.9oz flagship denim that has a soft hand and a slight nep to the fabric. This is their take on the classic Type 2 Denim Jacket, but updated with a modernized fit - slightly longer body length and a slightly slimmer fit (not as boxy as the original). Standard Type 2 details apply in the iconic front knife pleats and double chest flap pockets.
Note: Runs small. Most should take one size up from your typical tops size, or take the same size as you do in Japanese brands (e.g. if you wear a M in most American brands, take a L in this). You can also take your typical American brand size if you are on the smaller end of your size or prefer a slimmer fit, but take note of the length measurements. These are once washed so there is minimal shrinkage expected. Cold wash, hang dry.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs) wearing size 3 | L (one size up from TTS, M) for a comfortable fit, somewhat roomy in the chest/body, but a solid fit for a chore coat. This is the same size that model wears in most Japanese brands (Large). Mode's TTS is M in most other American brands.
